Intro to Improvisation Grab your scraps and let's jump right in! Improvisational (or unplanned) piecing is simpler than you think, and is a very versatile way to sew. I'll teach you the three different methods outlined in my book to turn your scraps into a quilt that is uniquely yours, and I'll present examples of how to apply improvisational piecing to other, more structured quilt designs. All skill levels welcome.
