EPP Mini Workshop

A mini English Paper Piecing (EPP) Workshop will be held after the February monthly meeting. This is member led workshop. This workshop is part of the introduction to our EPP slow stitch project for 2018; Violet Craft's Barn Owl Pattern. You do not have to participate in the Slow Stitch Project to participate in this mini workshop. The workshop will cover general techniques in EPP. We will demonstrate the use of several EPP templates; hexagons, triangles, diamonds and jewel to name a few. Options for basting, fussy cutting fabric to fit your shape, and hand sewing your shapes together will be discussed.

EPP starter kits will be available to all workshop participants. Suggested items to bring: fabric scissors, thread snips, and a thimble. Fabric will be available, but feel free to bring some scraps of your own.

If you pre ordered a Barn Owl Pattern at January's meeting, it will be available for pick up. We have a few extra patterns available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis.
